Data Policy
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new EU regulation that came into effect across the entire EU on May 25, 2018. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. This means that the requirements for how companies and organizations are allowed to process your personal data have become stricter.
United Stage Artist AB, organization number 556518-3117, is responsible for personal data and is in charge of processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The regulation strengthens your rights concerning personal privacy. It is important that you feel confident in how your personal data is handled.
Why do we handle personal data?
United Stage Artist’s purpose for processing your personal data is primarily to fulfill our commitments to you and our projects. We may have your personal data because you have purchased tickets to one of our events in recent years, and during this process, we collected your contact information. It could also be relevant if you have worked with us at some point.
Security
United Stage Artist has security measures in place to protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized processing. Only individuals who need to process your personal data for United Stage to fulfill the stated purposes have access to it.
Your Rights
You have the right to know what personal data United Stage Artist handles about you and for what purposes. This can be done by requesting a so-called register extract. We are obligated, free of charge and upon request, to inform you whether your personal data is being processed or not. If such data is processed, written information will also be provided about what personal data is being processed, where this data was obtained, the purposes of the processing, and to which recipients or categories of recipients the data has been disclosed. This information is provided in a so-called register extract.
Send your request to info@unitedstage.se. We will provide the information upon identification in person.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for clearly unfounded or excessive requests that cover the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested.
You also have the right to demand that United Stage Artist deletes your personal data from all of United Stage Artist’s systems. This is referred to in law as the “Right to be Forgotten.” United Stage Artist has the right to deny your deletion request if there are contracts or legal obligations that prevent it. These obligations may come from other laws such as accounting and tax legislation.
